Hirt Quality Agency Award for 2017 from Erie Insurance Company. “This is the highest honor bestowed on an Erie agency” stated Shane Badon, Erie Insurance NY Branch Manager. “Principal Agents who earn this prestigious award demonstrate their long-term commitment to exceptional service, performance, and profitability across all lines of business. Dier Agency was chosen by the selection committee for the award, which is is comprised of those that work directly with the ageny and also includes other top management, Regional Vice Presidents and the President of Erie Insurance Company. Current Erie Insurance President and CEO, Timothy NeCastro, presented the award to Douglas Dier along with Shane Badon. “Receiving the award was truly an honor”, said Dier, “this was extra special since both Tim and Shane have been very helpful to us along the way”. The Quality Agent Award was presented to Dier at the annual “Branch Recognition Meeting”, which was recently held at The Turning Stone Casino.
The F.W. Hirt Quality Award has only been presented to a total of 11 agencies since The Erie entered New York.
